The following policies apply to all Cline's customers:

Pricing:

All Quotes for pricing are on an individual basis and based on your project's needs and cost of materials at the time of bidding, there is no stock pricing and materials are subject to change.

​

A deposit is an agreement to go forward with the project as indicated by a customer's invoice/estimate. 

​

Returns:

 

All materials will have a 50% restocking fee should they be returned. Materials that cannot be used will not receive a refund.

​

All projects will be subject to change order fees if work has begun. Fee can only be assessed upon change selected and how far work has already begun.

​

Additional work will require additional contract and documentation.

​

Any materials purchased thru Cline's that is not installed by Cline's will have a handling and processing fee.

Fees as follows: Slabs $250 per slab, Tile 15% of total material to be installed, sinks no fee provided they are available for fabrication, all other unlisted products require an evaluation before installation. Cline's retains the right to remove fees at their discretion.

Based on the nature of the services provided returns apply only to uninstalled materials and subject to above policies.

Disputes/satisfaction

Cline's is committed to every project going as smoothly as possible but due to the many moving parts of any business delays can arise. Cline's give estimates of job completion dates and we will do the utmost to keep them but Cline's can give no 100% guarantee on completion dates. Cline's will give updates and do their best to keep all deadlines.

If you have any dissatisfaction with the quality of work Cline's has provided customers have 5 business days from final payment to bring it to our attention. After 5 days any adjustments to your project may incur a trip charge at the discretion of the owner of Cline's Natural Stone.

All work done in Arizona falls under a 2 year warranty of quality for craftsmanship, any issues that fall within this time period will be remedied by Cline's if found to be a defect of quality performed by Cline's and NOT a customer abuse or cause or manufacturer error. All manufactuer

Credit Card Policies

​

Cline's does accept major credit cards for deposits and all monies that need collected for a given project. 

​

Cline's has a web portal for customers to make their payment. Cline's does not need to retain your credit card number after a payment is made.

​

Making a payment via the web portal is consent to the amount paid.
